Pottery Painting

After you have booked your 2 hour workshop session …​

Just come along and choose from a wide range of bisque fired pottery, something that you would like to paint. This may be a plate or a cup, an ornament or a bowl. The table will be set up with everything ready for you to add your own unique design to whatever you have chosen to paint. There are books on hand and samples of glazed items if you are looking for ideas on design ... and with plenty of underglaze colours to paint with.

Once you have finished painting your piece of pottery, it is then left in the workshop to be glazed and fired.

When your item has been glazed and fired (you will be notified when it is ready) you can then come and collect it. ​

There is only 1 price to pay which is clearly marked on the item of pottery that you have chosen to paint, and this includes the 2 hour session, glazing and firing.... so no hidden costs!

Although there is seating for up to 10 people, my workshop is ideal for small groups as well … especially if you like a relaxing and calm surrounding … a get together with friends or family etc … then this would be perfect.

There is no age restriction, although best suited for little people from the age of 5 upwards! It is more manageable with just small groups of young children, who need to be accompanied by an adult, as there are lots of items to pick up!
